There has been some very strange sightings in and around the valleys of the Lake District of late and we have encountered a fair share of them!

Here are some of our close encounters of the third kind!  I must advise that under 18s, females and folks with heart problems should turn away from your monitors now!

Earlier in the week this slug was actually spotted trying to ‘ABSEIL’ (thats right abseil) into the Crags Adventures Head Quarters! We narrowly escaped with our life and with no memory of the three days prior to our abduction.

We were then confronted by a ‘BEEP’ (a bull pretending to be a sheep). We couldn’t believe our ears when it actually let out a MOOOO!

Just as we believed things couldn’t get any weirder I lost Vickie out on the Langdale Fells. She was last spotted wearing red and being chased by cows. She re-appeared in the form of the worlds smallest frog. Anyway I took it like a man and kissed the frog to turn her back.

Ever since then she has been acting very strange and seems to have super human tree bending strength!
